Not only was he willing to take the project on but his pricing was fair, he work was top of the line, and he beat my required timeline by staying and putting in the extra work after hours, and coming in early. There is a required level of customer service to maintain a business but these guys show a level of real care in getting a job done. For that, this will always be a 5 start company. Jay and his crew did a wonderful job bringing my vision to life with the coffered ceiling! Jay, Mark, Chris, Alex, and Ashton were kind and friendly. They were very accommodating and helped problem solve some issues that came up along the process like my inability to decide what size beams I wanted, uneven ceilings, light fixture hues and placements etc. I highly recommend Specialty Millworks as we've had a really horrible experience with a competitor of theirs.

Jay and his team at Specialty Millworks built and installed custom walnut base cabinets and floating shelves in our main living room area. I have zero complaints and all work exceeded expectations in quality and fit. The cabinet and shelf quality was excellent, and Jay and his team are very professional. Quality ain't cheap, and cheap things aren't quality. Specialty Millworks work is worth every penny. I highly recommend.

It was a great experience working with Specialty Millworks on a commercial construction project. There were a lot of scope and design changes and every piece was custom to fit a remodeled space. Jay and his team are very professional and very easy to work with. We will work together again!
